Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

Most of our products (our pre-designed custom items) will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days once your payment has processed.

Some of our more personalized items may take 1 to 2 weeks to complete, and will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days.

 

All products will have a tracking number and will be provided once your items have shipped.

 

All orders placed may take up to 5-7 business days to be delivered.

 

Once you have received your item(s) we ask that all customers inspect the product very carefully to make ensure no product damages occurred while shipping. Customers have 7 days to e-mail with any product damages so the matter can be resolved quickly.

Your Niche Treasures is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Since the items are custom made, all items are final sale, no refunds or returns.

Customers must hold on to all original packaging in order for a claim to be processed should that be necessary. If the original packaging is not available, we will not be able to help in the claim process and it will be the customers full responsibility.

It is Your Niche Treasures top priority that all of our items are of the highest quality and that our customers have a worry-free experience.

*Please Note: Due to the coronavirus impact and certain mandates in place around the world, your order may experience a shipping delay. Delays are included but not limited to: travel restrictions, and/or federal/state/local mandates.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales made on Your Niche Treasures are Final. 

​

Items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless the item itself arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item (not the package), within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to yournichetreasures@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After review of, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue.

 

In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for any other reason than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Additionally, refunds or order cancellations may be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded. At that point the order must be placed again with the correct address.
